These terms govern the relationship between Vantage Core Solutions ('provider') and clients using our advisory and marketing services. By submitting the contact form or entering into a contract, the client agrees to these terms.
We offer strategic consulting, digital marketing, visual identity, SEO optimization, and related services for industrial enterprises. Specific scope, pricing, and timelines are determined individually in the service agreement.
A service agreement is concluded by written confirmation from both parties. The contact form serves only to initiate first contact and does not create any contractual obligation.
Service prices are determined individually based on project scope and complexity. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice, typically 14 days.
All deliverables created by the provider become the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. The provider reserves the right to reference the project in its portfolio.
The provider's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service. The provider is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
Both parties shall maintain confidentiality of the other party's confidential information obtained during the collaboration.
The contract may be terminated by mutual agreement or by notice as specified in the contract.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes will be resolved primarily through amicable means.
